Functional area: Maintenance and upkeep of multi-family residential housing
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliance repair
- Efficient completion of work order tickets
- Inspect, schedule and complete make-ready of vacant apartments
- Identify, schedule and execute preventative maintenance projects
- Respond to weekend calls on a rotating basis
- Keep accurate records of service requests, expenditures and unit make ready status
QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience
- HVAC Certification
- Pool Certification is highly desirable
