Assistant Manager/Administrative Assistant position available at an On-site Condominium Association in southern Pinellas County. Candidate must have many years of office administrative experience. Candidate must be a detail oriented person with extremely strong organizational skills. Must be a people person with exceptional interpersonal skills, a great amount of time of this position is spent handling the concerns of the residents of the community. Must be client focused. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is required. The capability to work well under pressure in an extremely fast paced environment is a necessity. This is an incredible opportunity for a responsible, stable, long term team player. Monday-Friday work week. Salary plus full benefit package. Starting salary 35K+.
