We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a High-Rise Senior-Living Apartment Community in St. Petersburg with LIHTC and HUD units.

Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have LIHTC and HUD Experience
  • Have a minimum of three years of on-site property management experience (150+ units)
  • Be team oriented and successfully
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Have computer experience (MRI/One-Site software preferred)

Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Work directly with Business Manager to oversee all phases of community operations and assume Business Manager responsibilities when unavailable.
  • Code invoices and prepare for payment.
  • Collect, post, and deposit rent payments, application fees, security deposits, and etc.
  • Process leasing documents, including new leases and addenda notices to vacate.
  • Contact residents to collect delinquent rent payments.
  • File Legal papers as necessary regarding unpaid rent and assist in eviction process.
  • Input data into MRI/One-Site System as required.
  • Set up and maintain resident and service request files per policy.
  • Performs all other duties as directed by Business Manager, and assist in leading the team in operating a successful community.
