Currently seeking a full time Assistant Manager for a BRAND NEW LEASE UP in Dunedin, Florida.

The Leasing Professional must possess the following:

1. Business office experience

2. Personal and trustworthy character

3. Ability to communicate effectively

4. Concern for a work safety program

5. Ability to multi task

6. Organizational Skills

7. Must be a self starter

8. Willingness to contribute in other areas, i.e. cleaning, grounds,

9. Some type of formal training in the following areas:

a. Knowledge and experience with YARDI software or similar software

b. Fair Housing Laws

10. Must be able to work weekends when needed.

11. Must be able to work when Resident functions are scheduled.

12. Experience in Lease-ups a plus.
