Currently seeking a full time Assistant Property Manager for Tax Credit Property in Tarpon Springs, FL. The Assistant Property Manager must have experience in area of LIHTC or any other subsided HUD programs.
The Assistant Property Manager must possess the following:
1. Business office experience
2. Personal and trustworthy character
3. Ability to communicate effectively
4. Concern for a work safety program
5. Ability to multi task
6. Organizational Skills
7. Must be a self starter
8. Willingness to contribute in other areas, i.e. cleaning, grounds,
9. Some type of formal training in the following areas:
a. Knowledge and experience with YARDI software or similar software
b. Fair Housing Laws
c. Rent Collection and recording keeping
