- a) Update and maintain all websites offering free exposure to the community including the FMHA Website of the community, marketing and advertising of the homes for sale in the Community, (b) process evictions and violations of the rules and regulations of the community (c) routine inspections of the community as to the exterior of the residents’ home and lot including lawn, shrubbery, items not permitted on carports etc. and follow up with enforcing the rules and regulations violations with the residents as pertains to the exterior of their homes and their lot (d) process leases and sales contracts, (e) process closings with new residents, (f) customer service, (g) answer phones,(h) showings of homes for sale (i) follow up with leads of potential prospects (j) administrative assistant to the Partners. Must be able to work independently.
