Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment company, is seeking a career-minded Assistant Marketing Coordinator to help support a team of very successful agents and their staff.
The ideal candidate for this position will not only possess thorough writing and research skills but also bring “added value” to the team with basic experience in InDesign. Must be a focused individual with a can-do and will-do attitude and have a strong desire to help in the continued growth and success of the team.
Specific Responsibilities
- Create, proof and modify templated marketing packages created in InDesign
- Responsible for market research and write-ups for Offering Memorandums and Proposals
- Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as requested
Job Requirements
- Basic InDesign and Photoshop experience required
- Knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong writing, editing, research and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with the AP Style Guide
- Detail-oriented work ethic
