Full Job Description
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
- 2-5 years experience in architecture or an architecture-related field
- Thorough knowledge of assembling construction documents
- AutoCAD proficient
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with others in an open-studio environment with an emphasis on collaboration
- Key personality traits: high-energy + highly motivated; eagerness to learn; humble + kind
This position will be working under the guidance of the Sr. Project Architect, but is expected to manage and produce design development and construction documents. Our largest band-width of projects consists of community amenity facilities (clubhouses, pool cabanas, etc.) for regional and national production home builders.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
