As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities?
- Organize and Coordinate schedules for all production needs measure tech, installations. QA inspections, service techs… etc.
- Proficient with Excel and Computer experience
- Review contracts and understand scope of work
- Communicating with customers, service techs and subcontractors
- Understanding aspects of construction, remodeling and/or painting
- Updating and organizing CRM as needed for clarity and tracking purposes
- Can problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Understands logistics of scheduling routes for production team

Pay: $58,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
