Tailored Reconstruction Services Inc, is a Florida based reconstruction specific general contractor in a growing market servicing multifamily properties. We are selectively building a team of conscientious construction professionals. Tailored Reconstruction Services focuses on integrity and quality of work. We value communication and safety in the company and on the jobsites.
We are growing reconstruction general contractor and roofing company. We are looking for a key team member to help us get to the next level. Specifically a person experienced with project management, field engineering, quality control and estimating. Computer skills are essential. Programs such as Microsoft excel, word and Planswift. 2-3 years experience with large commercial construction as superintendent, field engineer, estimator or assistant project manager preferred.
Your duties will include; estimating, quality control inspections, drafting job start-up procedures and processes, creating and maintaining logs for RFI, RFP, Change Orders, Daily Reports, communications. Subcontractor management; including drafting work orders, scope of work, schedules, safety meetings.
