Property Manager, Tampa FL – $50,000 – 55,000.00
- Assist Property Manager oversee and manage commercial office property operations of 6 Class A assets.
- Manage contracts with tenants assist oversee any capital improvement, TI projects.
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant spaces and completing repairs;
- Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services
- Distribute work orders to Engineers on site
- Responsible for obtaining Certificates of Occupancy, Accounts Payables, Receivable and Coding Invoices
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Requirements

Assistant Property Manager Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of commercial property management experience with Class A office and/or retail assets.
- 1 year supervisory skills of outside vendors and contractors
- A 4 year Bachelor’s degree is preferred OR equivalent experience and oR any relevant real estate certifications. RPA. RPM, CFM
