ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER/BOOKKEEPING ASSISTANT–Dunedin, FL

Wanted for multiple privately owned real estate investments and related 30+ employee business.

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Rental property experience (leases, property insurance, etc.)
  • Administrative assistant experience
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and rent management-based software
  • Self-starter and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Must be able to complete a checklist of assigned duties efficiently and accurately

Duties include

  • Answer office phone calls
  • Interview prospective tenants, process tenant applications and prepare leases
  • In office collection of rents, and prepare and make bank deposits
  • Schedule and coordinate property maintenance visits with tenants and service personnel
  • Assist corporate controller with office and accounting functions (bank reconciliations, accounting data entry, payroll processing, office filing, etc.)
  • Assist owners with various administrative duties (write letters, make travel arrangements, etc.)

Salary – Negotiable, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30
