An established and growing real estate company is offering a career opportunity for an experienced, career-oriented, Assistant Property Manager to work directly with the Property Manager and manage a 255 unit complex in the University area in Northeast Tampa.

Our company’s properties are clean, attractive, friendly communities where our residents feel a sense of pride in living. We have recently taken over this property and are in a very active turnaround.

Our Assistant Manager will be responsible for leasing and providing management support. You will report directly to this Property Manager.

This is a position of trust, responsibility, and accountability; and these attributes must be reflected in the work history of the candidate we select.

We are ideally looking for a person who lives close to the area and has connections as well as personal and business relationships within the local community.

Experience required:
Minimum 1 year experience in Multi-Family leasing and/or management.
Leasing & marketing expertise with verifiable track record and ability to keep property at 95%+ occupancy.
Experience and very good skills with collecting delinquent accounts.
Spanish/English bilingual a plus.
Computer skills: Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, or equivalent), Excel, Word, Internet Browsers, Craigslist, and the ability to learn.
Experience with Social Network marketing a plus.

Compensation:
Starting salary $12 to $14, depending on experience. Health benefits provided.
