We need an experienced and ambitious person to assist our property manager or someone who has a goal of learning to become a property manager.
Must enjoy:
* responding to Tenent questions and complaints in a timely manner.
* Executing returning tenant leases to ensure all parties understand the terms and conditions of the contract.
* schedule and manage maintenance calls
of property’s contractors like lawn, tree and pressure washing.
* Driving property 1-4 times per month and alerting manager to issue.
