Assistant Property Manager Requirements:
- 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in Property Management preferably with working knowledge of YARDI.
- Superior accounting experience with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service
- Working knowledge of social media outlets
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and provide assistance to Property Manager
- Yieldstar & Yardi software experience is a plus
