Full Job Description
The Assistant Manager helps in running the day-to-day operations at an Apartment Complex that consists of Conventional Apartments Dunedin, Florida. The Assistant Manager helps ensure that the community performs at a high level and achieves company goals. Looking for a highly motivated self starter with a great attention to detail and quality people skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 2 years of property management experience.
Must have a strong background in Conventional Housing
Must have strong communication and people management skills
Must be very organized, with a strong attention to detail.
Must demonstrate strong financial and analytical abilities.
Onesite experience a plus
