Well established property management office is seeking an experienced part time office assistant to help in multiple areas/departments. Knowledge of appfolio a plus.

The individual must be experienced in property management.

We’re looking for someone that is organized, is a team player willing to get the job done, can multi task and keep up with multiple projects. This is a part time, temporary to permanent position.

Duties would include general office responsibilities. Greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling rental home repairs, recruiting new vendors, ordering supplies, organize files and manage multiple long term projects until fully completed.
