Full Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Resident Relations: Maintain a positive, customer service-oriented approach to management with a goal of meeting resident and community needs.
-Operations: Assist in oversight of community, including marketing & leasing, monitoring work orders, handling resident concerns or issues, collect and enter rental payments, manage waiting list and applications.
-Rent Collection, eviction filing, etc.
-Administrative: maximize usage of Rent Manager software for operating efficiency. Answer phones, manage filing (work orders, tenant files, vendor files), generate mailings and tenant notices, answer and address property inquiries.
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Bilingual in both English and Spanish, preferred
-At least 2 years’ experience in the multifamily housing industry; experience with affordable programs preferred.
-Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Rent Manager
-Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, corporate team, residents).
