Requirements:

• 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in Property Management preferably with working knowledge of YARDI.
• Superior accounting experience with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service
• Working knowledge of social media outlets
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and provide assistance to Property Manager
• Yieldstar experience is a plus
