Frankly Coastal Property Management is a growing firm providing management for Homeowners and Condominium Associations.

The individual(s) we are looking for to join our team are – courteous, on-time, dependable and ready to work in a professional environment. We are looking for those individuals that enjoy working with people, and are interested in joining the Frankly Coastal family for the long term.

Job Description

  • Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) by the State of Florida desired but not required
  • Previous experience in Community Management desired
  • Assist in overseeing a portfolio of Associations working with the Boards and Communities
  • Candidate performs a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to phone support, filing, typing, distribution of correspondence and mailings, assisting in responding to Board and Owner requests, etc.
  • Manage maintenance proposal processes (RFI, RFP)
  • Manage vendors and maintenance within the communities
  • Excellent customer service – focused on understanding and patience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Very knowledgable in MS Office and Web applications
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and think and work independently

The individual would be expected to have a smartphone (preferably, Apple) – and comfortable working with a laptop and web applications.
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies

  • Computer proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Sharepoint a plus
  • Action and results-oriented, enthusiastic
  • Resourceful, creative, decisive
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence
