Looking for an assistant property manager to be able to be in a property and solve day to day operational issues.
Need to be proactive and organized. Be able to use Microsoft Office.
Will need to call contractors and supervise their work.
Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 12 PM to 5 PM
