We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager for apartment community, Gates of Bradenton , in Bradenton, FL

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with superior sales and closing skills. We offer industry recognized training programs and growth opportunities. We are really interested in meeting associates with apartment leasing/Management experience. Additional skills and abilities for our Assistant Property Manager positions are listed below:

  • One – two years in property management
  • Developed supervisory and leadership skills
  • Experienced in rent collections, posting to G/L, completing daily deposits, calculating SODAs, etc.
  • Experience with MRI a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should have one or more years of experience in property management or related field.
