About the Job

Petroleum Jobber looking for assistance in Real Estate Department managing assets in multiple states The position requires a professional and reliable person that works well under pressure and has the ability to learn quickly. APM will assist the Property Manager with administrative support and project support. APM will manage tenant relations and help with approval of prospective tenants and transfer of locations to new tenants. The position will also involve reading and understanding of complex documents including legal agreements, title work, surveys, environmental reports and more.

Responsibilities and Duties

Position Duties:

  • Prepare, maintain, and track leases
  • Tenant Relationship coordinator
  • Prepare and send correspondence
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets and reports
  • Prepare documents and letters for mailing and signatures
  • Approve and qualify tenants
  • Prepare, maintain, and track leases
  • Manage tenant contact information
  • Coordinate and communicate between other departments
  • Assist with day-to-day responsibilities and tasks
  • Assist with project management

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of real estate experience and/or title review
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Strong work ethic – moves quickly, but with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, MS Office, telephone

PREFERRED but not required: BI-LINGUAL
