HomeRiver Group is hiring for a Assistant Property Manager to join our team! This position can be located in either Indianapolis, IN or Tampa, FL.
The objective of this position is to provide portfolio style management for property owner investments. The applicant should be comfortable managing on-site and remotely, be confident on the phone and with technology, have a strong work ethic, be focused, have a friendly/welcoming personality, and the desire to make a positive impact in a dynamic, fast paced, and team oriented environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lease & proactively market available properties
- Respond to resident inquiries via phone & email
- Answering & routing phone calls
- Helping walk in clients with a variety of needs
- Tour prospective residents through available units
- Respond to prospective residents via phone, email, & text
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience using G-Suite applications (gmail, google drive etc)
- Advanced experience using MS Office applications
- Computer savvy and quick to learn various software programs
- Ability to multitask in an organized & detailed manner
- Life changing customer service skills
- Self-Motivated
- Experience in sales & closing deals
Education, Certifications, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 1-year administrative experience in any field
- Property Management experience a plus, but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of personal insurance.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and a drive to provide superlative customer service
- Positive, open minded attitude with an ability to quickly adapt to an ever changing environment
- Strong desire to be part of an awesome team
