$12 – $15 an hour – Full-time, Part-time
| I’m currently a “one man show” and have grown to the point where I need to bring on some help. This is a part-time position that may become full-time in another year if the pace of growth continues. I’m looking for someone with experience in property management (2+ years) who has strong tech and bookkeeping skills. About 75% of the job will be office/clerical work that can sometimes be done from home. The other 25% will be in the field helping show properties, collecting rents, etc. In addition to management, I also do sales and will provide bonuses for work contributed to this aspect of the business.
Must pass background check, have reliable transportation, and live in or very near Tampa as a large majority of the properties I manage are in the City limits. Job Type: Part-time Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour Required experience:
