Professional Management Company offering a great benefit package and opportunity for growth is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to co-manage apartment community totaling 212 units.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Experience with MS Office and AMSI management software is a plus.

Responsibilities and Expectations will include:
- Helping meet revenue goals by collecting rents and managing delinquency.
- Promoting resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
- Supporting resident retention through monthly community interactive events.
- Ensure the property’s maintenance team members comply with the company’s standards with respect to responding and completing resident service requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections and take appropriate actions to ensure that the physical aspects of the property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety, cleanliness and general appearance and appeal on a daily basis.
- Inspect all make ready units as well as move outs to ensure units are up to standard and that proper charges are incurred if necessary.
