Full-time Assistant Community Managers needed for our Mobile Home Communities. Under the direction of the Property Manager, the primary function of the Assistant Community Manager is to provide competent and effective leadership which will ensure the growth and success of both the community as well as employees.
Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to, full accountability for asset appearance, budget review and maintenance, sales and analysis, collections, limited A/P, and providing top notch customer service. In this role, you must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving skills, the ability to efficiently multi task, and most importantly, the capability and initiative to really demand and drive results.
The compensation package includes a salary range ($12-$14) hourly, negotiable/ DOE, a generous commission structure, as well as, health, life, dental, and vision offered after 60 days of employment. Vacation, sick, holiday pay and 401K are also included in our benefits package. Assistant Community Managers also receive commission.
Responsibilities:
– Maximize the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the community
– Full accountability of budget maintenance and reporting
– Collect Rent and handle delinquent accounts
– Make rent deposits
– Processing invoice payments
– Process Utility Reads
– Supervising eviction in rent agreement violation cases
Requirements:
– 3 years of related management experience, retail, hospitality, property or restaurant management is preferred
– Clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis
– Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
