We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for one of our communities located in the Oldsmar, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in property management and be expected to be experienced in resident retention, renewing leases, rent collections, legal notices, processing move out paperwork and assisting the Property Manager in any additional duties assigned by the Manager. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maximizing market rents and maintaining high occupancy levels through effective marketing and leasing policies and procedures.
