We are a fun, flexible property management company with sites all over Tampa Bay. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of several small apartment buildings throughout Tampa Bay. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and site rotation to be successful. Training provided! Positive attitude and a great work ethic are more important to us than experience. Duties:
-Conduct Tours
-Prepare Leases
-Renew Leases
-Oversee Maintenance Requests
-Coordinate Inspections
-Issue late notices
-Collect and deposit rent
-Communicate with tenants
Requirements:
-Reliable transportation
-Availability to work some nights and weekends
-Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Craig’s List, etc.
-Ability to work independently with little supervision
-A track record of integrity and honesty in the work place
-A history of long-term commitment to jobs
-A professional or educational reference contact
