Looking for a high energy, sales driven professional for a Class A, 168-unit boutique, quaint community. Ideal candidate must possess exceptional sales and customer service skills. Social media and outreach marketing passion is a plus. Above and beyond Customer Service is a requirement! Prior experience preferred but not required. This is a two person community, offering a great opportunity for a leasing consultant ready to take on the tasks assigned to an Assistant Property Manager. Must be available to work weekends. Yardi experience is a plus. Must be flexible, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
