Duties Include:
– Ensure tenant and vendor files are up to date, collect tenant rent, monitor cash balances on properties, prepare property operating budget, monitor property insurances and make sure they’re compliant, coordinate taxes, supervise tenant move-ins and move-outs, investigate property damage, and other duties.
Working hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Skills:
– Must have a minimum of 2 years Commercial Property Mgmt exp.
– $14-$16/hour
– Temp to hire
– M-F 8am-5pm
