Our client, a property management company is looking for a Maintenance Property Manager.

Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for running errands daily, being liaison between tenants and property manager, assisting with things such as changing door locks, fixing simple things, showing properties, creating leases, and other property admin duties. This role is more focused on the maintenance side.
This role does involve after hour calls from tenants at times.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Skills:
$30-$35K plus bonus
Must have reliable transportation.
This is a permanent position.
Role is located near South Tampa.

Must have previous maintenance or property management experience.
