with over 11,000 units, is currently seeking to hire a Property Manager to
oversee management of a multi-family real estate property in the Southwest
suburb. This is a great opportunity to grow with a young, innovative and
entrepreneurial real estate firm looking to continue its fast-paced growth. The
company has established itself as a prominent and well-respected leader in the
multi-family sector and presently the portfolio consists of 11,000 units
located in 15 markets. The qualified candidate
will help assist in managing the community and
provide support for other team members as well.
Assistant Property Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include but are not
limited to:
Leading by example,

Contributing to the
achievement of established financial objectives by collecting resident rent,
posting rental receipts and managing delinquency
Achieving occupancy
levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community which
result in new leases
Building brand loyalty
and reaching resident retention goals by striving to ensure every resident interaction
is positive
Ensuring that the
community’s interior and exterior are impeccable, and the team appropriately
represents the Redwood Residential brand a crisp, professional appearance
Respectfully coaching and mentoring team
members when the PM is not present
Working weekends when
prospective residents are out looking for their new home
Taking responsibility
for solving customers issues with care and enthusiasm
Being a team player
Outstanding
communication skills, both written and verbal
A great professional
appearance
Proficiency with
industry software, apps and computer programs
Procure and work with
recording resident data such as, traffic, leasing activity, and renewals
Sales Attitude – Loves
to Lease. Will perform leasing of units,
taking those leasing calls and interacts with prospective residents, touring
the home and closing the sale
Ability to have fun,
love what you do and be innovative.
Be SOCIAL and savvy and
assist in reviewing, posting and developing the Social Media outreach program
for Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram, etc.
Performs other related
duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
High School diploma, GED or an
employment history that demonstrates the application of 2+ years’ experience in
property management, customer service, hotel service industry, retail sales and/or
outside marketing sales.
