CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Assistant Property Manager Description The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily management oversight of property, including operations, personnel management, repairs, maintenance, tenant relations, strategic planning, fiscal planning and risk management. Job Qualifications/Experience
Education Bachelor s Degree (BS/BA) in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
