Experienced Leasing Consultant/ Assistant Manager needed for medium size property. Must be professional, have strong marketing skills, and provide excellent customer service. Required to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and retention. Must also have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and show leadership skills.
Extensive knowledge of Yardi Gensis2 preferred.

Job Requirements:
To assist the Community Manager in on-site operations, to include the following:
- Assist in all day-to-day operations of the Property as requested by the Property Manager
- Showing and leasing apartments
- Marketing to generate traffic
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service to prospective and current residents.
- Maintain and follow up on resident renewals consistently.
- Makes recommendations to enhance the bottom line performance of the community
- Ensures adherence to all policies regarding financial responsibilities
- Generates weekly reports
- Schedules necessary repairs and make-ready activities
- Supervises all on-site personnel in the absence of Community Manager
- Assists with rent collections striving for zero delinquencies each month
- Assists with community inspections
- Maintains make-ready process
- Consistently attempts to collect “bad debt” prior to being written off
