We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager for apartment community, Somerset , in Largo, FL
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with superior sales and closing skills. We offer industry recognized training programs and growth opportunities. We are really interested in meeting associates with apartment leasing/Management experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- One – two years in property management
- Developed supervisory and leadership skills
- Experienced in rent collections, posting to G/L, completing daily deposits, calculating SODAs, etc.
- Experience with MRI a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
