We are now seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a community located in Pasco County. Ideal candidate must be computer literate, have receptionist/assistant, collections, customer service experience. Applicants are required to have a valid driver’s license, High School Diploma or equivalent and must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug-screening test. Ideal for those looking to return to the workforce. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Answering office phones, directing calls as needed, but usually answering the questions. ? Assisting tenants while holding to company policy. ? Signing leases and other documents with new tenants as overseen by the owner. ? Filing and keeping office organized ? Deliver notices to tenants. ? Keep tenant files up to date and organized. ? Take payments, make deposits, and other money handling. ? Various other projects as given. ? Daily use of Computer and other office equipment ? Completing assigned tasks and projects on time. ? Marketing ? Effectively grow/maintain occupancy levels ? Must be physically able to conduct daily walk through of the community to inspecting the homes & home sites. Requirements Needed: ? Reliable Transportation is a must! ? Must have Basic Computer Knowledge and Abilities. We train you on all programs we use. ? Multitasking and prioritizing. ? Must be able to follow all directions given. ? Honest & Dependable. ?
