What are we looking for in a new team Assistant Community Manager?

· Excellent Customer Service and attention to curb appeal

· Accountable for all property collections

· Ensures that all Rents are collected when due and posted daily

· Ensures lease files are completed and that the property is in performing effectively all times.

· Maintain organized records on all aspects of management activity

· Coordinating maintenance work orders, turns and property budget control

· Addressing resident concerns in professional manner.

· Minimum of 1 YEAR of property management experience

· Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

· Detailed orientated, effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

· Computer literate with both Word and Excel

· Exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude

Salary: $39,000.00 to $42,000.00 /year
