Our growing real estate management company is seeking qualified Assistant Property Managers. Candidate must be detailed oriented, interact well with people, provide a high level of customer service and be able to multi-task.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years property management experience.
- Experience overseeing daily operations of rental properties such as collecting rent, posting rentals, lease renewals, working with budgets and financial success of property etc.,
- Microsoft Office and Yardi software experience
Preferred:
- 3+ years property management experience
- B.A in Business or related field
