Essential Job Functions:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you are second-in-command, responsible for the efficient operation of the community under the direction of the Property Manager. You oversee and participate in sales activities and internal and external marketing and advertising efforts in order to increase the visibility and profitability of the community. You demonstrate persistence and aggressively collect rents to minimize delinquency. You complete administrative functions such as banking activities, financial reporting and account reconciliation. You are dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with residents and you deliver exceptional customer service to build and sustain the community’s reputation and ensure maximum number of lease renewals.

Requirements Key Qualifications:
• Minimum four years’ experience in a conventional apartment property management.
• Experience in collections, sales and marketing.
• Strong organization skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook with competent general computer skills.
