As an Assistant Property Manager, you are second-in-command, responsible for all phases of the community’s operations, and act as main point of contact in absence of the Property Manager. Every day is an opportunity for you to assist in ensuring optimal financial performance for the community.

Essential Job Functions:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you are responsible for the efficient operation of the community under the direction of the Property Manager. You oversee and participate in sales activities and internal and external marketing and advertising efforts in order to increase the visibility and profitability of the community. You demonstrate persistence and aggressively collect rents to minimize delinquency. You complete administrative functions such as banking activities, financial reporting and account reconciliation. You are dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with residents and you deliver exceptional customer service to ensure maximum number of lease renewals. Regular and consistent attendance on the job is an essential function. Requirements Key Qualifications:

Minimum two years’ experience in property management or related business operations.

Experience in collections, sales and marketing.

Strong organization skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with MS Office and Outlook with competent general computer skills.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license unless otherwise noted.
