Harbor Group Management Company is a growing real estate investment/property management company headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia with over $ 3.6 billion in assets in multifamily residential, commercial, retail, hotel and industrial properties throughout the United States and abroad. We are looking for an experience, well-qualified Assistant Property Manager for our apartment community, Villas at Deer Park, located in Lutz FL.
Job Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- One – two years in property management
- Developed supervisory and leadership skills
- Experienced in rent collections, posting to G/L, completing daily deposits, calculating SODAs, etc.
- Experience with MRI a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
