Experienced property manager needed for Assistant Sr. Property Manager.
Duties include assisting property manager in all areas of portfolio management including, but not limited to:
Evictions
Noticing tenants
Customer service calls/emails/correspondence
Maintenance calls and minor handyman repairs*** simple maintenance experience required
Maintenance coordination
Vendor interviews/hiring/quality control
Attending inspections
Leasing – a FL real estate license is required****
The position will pay a base salary/hourly based on experience and qualifications and the leasing portion pays commissions in addition to the salary. Combined the position has the potential to pay over $50,000 annually
