On behalf of a major national owner/operator of Class A office, we are searching for two Assistant Property Managers for properties in Boca Raton and Sunrise.
1. Boca Raton – three 4-story properties, 250K SF, near Town Center, fully refreshed around a fountain courtyard; cafe; wide variety of tenants, will support PM and have 2 engineers on site
2. Sunrise – campus of multiple low rise buildings around lakes, fountains and walkways; 500,000SF; 56 acres; state of the art tenant amenities including fitness center, cafe, tenant lounge/gameroom; support PM and work with Chief Engineer, 2 Building Engineers and 2 Day Porters
It is essential that the candidates have prior experience in commercial real estate. Detail orientation to be very involved in financial reporting, budgeting, variances, balance sheets, AP approval and coding, AR management, CAM recs. Interaction with Accounting and Asset Management team in corporate office. Prior experience in construction coordination a plus. Exposure to Yardi, Angus and Abstract a plus. Make sure work orders are completed and closed in the system. Property inspections, assist in construction process; familiarity with lease abstraction.
