Assistant Real Estate Manager

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty

Location: Belleair, Florida

The Assistant Brokerage Manager will be in direct communication with the brokerage’s sales manager and support team to support the office’s functioning and acting within a welcoming capacity. Responsibilities include:

a. Help organize and administer the efficient operation of the Subject Offices.

b. Consistently assist in prospecting for, and successfully recruit, new and experienced Sales Associates to the Subject Offices.

c. Continually enhance the skill level and professionalism of the Sales Associates and self through regular and effective training.

d. Assist Regional Manager and the Sales Associates in activities that produce revenues and profits commensurate with office size, market potential and budget goals.

e. Continually increase the “per person productivity (PPP)” for listings, sales, closings, and referrals.

f. Participation in monthly and bi‐monthly Sales Meeting, planning sessions and other meetings as requested by Regional Manager. Arrive on time prepared to participate enthusiastically as part of the Management Team.
