Broker assistant will help principal broker facilitate deals between buyers and sellers. Assistant should be a quick thinker who can easily jump from one task to the other, while maintaining high-degree of organization. There is room for advancement.
Broker Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
MLS Input
Maintain Client Accounts
Prepare and Proofread Documents
Conduct Market Research
Create Marketing Materials
Oversee Social Media
Transaction Liaison
Provide Basic Office Administration

Broker assistants juggle many responsibilities in demanding environments while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour

- MLS Inputting: 3 years (Preferred)
- marketing/social media: 3 years (Preferred)
- real estate: 3 years (Preferred)
License:
