Executive Assist to CEO:
Manage CEO diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Source office supplies
Devise and maintain filing system
Skills: Proven work experience as personal assistant, knowledge of office management systems and procedures, MS office,
Microsoft excel preferred/mandatory, and English proficiency, outstanding organizational and time management skills,
up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion and confidentiality, AS or BS degree.
5 days a week (occasional weekends),
Salary $20-$24 per hour
Customer’s Relations Manager:
-Excellent people skills needed.
-Handles inbound calls from customers regarding all aspects of travel plans.
-Resolves customer concerns and escalates issues as needed
-Makes outbound calls based on required calling activities
-Must possess superior customer service skills to provide a positive experience
-Flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple task in a high volume, fast paced environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Able to be effective with on the phone and in-person with internal and external customers
-Solid computer skills and web navigation
-Bachelor’s degree preferred (Travel Agency experience preferred)
-Active listener with strong communication skills
-Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
-Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to multi-task
-Overseeing the relationship with customers
-Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
-Keeping customers updated on the latest trips to increase sales.
-Meeting with CEO to plan strategically.
-Manage and maintain accurate records of customer account activity, to include current and past due accounts
-Collect customer payments on a timely basis and meet daily/weekly collection standards
-Identify and contact potential customers for new travel opportunities.
-Build positive relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
-Maintain a database of potential new customers and/or opportunities.
-Maintain integrity and quality in all business related operations and activities.
