Business communication and excellent typing skills necessary Property Management and Accounting experience or knowledge preferable Experience in Rent Manager software a plus Must maintain a positive attitude, be able to keep composure under pressure, and be a team player Responsibilities: Open mail/distribute Take Tenant maintenance calls at lunch and to cover time off for administrator, follow procedures until work is completed Take lease/vacancy calls Keep property information reports updated Filing for A/R, A/P, Lease files and insurance policies Process accounts payable for Foundation accounts Assist with getting website functional Job Type: Full-time Required experience:
