Job Duties and responsibilities
Assistant to the Real Estate Sales Manager, Support the Realtors through:
o Transaction Management
o Buyer and Seller processes
o Office operations
o MLS Listings
o Brokerage legal compliance and procedures
o Office operations, systems, equipment, and supplies
Receptionist duties
· Be an upbeat, helpful, and smiling first impression for guests offering help and guidance
Skills and Specialized knowledge
· Microsoft
o Excel
o Word
o PowerPoint
o Publisher
o Outlook
· appFiles Transaction Management platform
· MLS Matrix
· Zoom
· Google Suite
Real Estate license not required. Our Broker and admin team do not compete with our Realtors. We are a non-smoking office. A criminal background check will be completed.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
