The Real Estate Financial Analyst is a key member of the CRS team working on North America Region real estate initiatives. Job Description: The Real Estate Financial Analyst will have primary responsibility for driving the end-to-end delivery of real estate analytics, which entails (1) reviewing proposed transactions (lease/buy, consolidation/disposition, sale and leaseback, and city plans); (2) developing pro forma financial statements (cash flow and income); and (3) articulating the key drivers and economics of the proposals to respective stakeholders, up to senior leadership.
